Return/Exchange Policy

Due to Covid-19 we are not accepting returns at this time unless items arrive damaged or defective.  (See below)

Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted at any time.

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged at any time.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Teething/Oral Sensory Necklaces (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Bracelets (because these have already been rolled into oils)
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Custom Orders

Arrived damaged items: Please send me a photo within 24 hours of delivery.  A replacement will be issued unless unable to fulfill, in that case you will receive a full refund (including shipping).

Lost in transit (with correct address): A replacement will be issued unless unable to fulfill, in that case you will receive a full refund including shipping.

I do not provide refunds for orders shipped to incorrect address, when address was provided incorrectly by the customer.
